Yellow Scotland' is (unsurprisingly) a yellow Scottish heirloom tomato. Being from a place well-known for drab, rainy weather, this is a tomato that can tolerate cooler, cloudier weather far better than most. Fruits are tasty golden-yellow orbs, 2-3 oz each, with a great sweet tart flavor, and they keep off the vine longer than most. The leaves are regular (not potato-leaf) and the plants are indeterminate.
Our seeds were grown by our friend Jennifer Williams of Wild Dreams Farm on Vashon Island, Washington state.
GROWING TIPS: Grow as any other tomato, starting in flats a few weeks before last frost. This is an indeterminate tomato, so will do best staked or with a good trellis.
