Our seed comes from Wild Garden Seed in Oregon, who say this about it: "The standard for all red chards, with rich red stems and dark green savoyed leaves. Stems and leaf veins color up early for good effect in salad mix."
Nate loves to make a tuna-chard salad, with or without the tuna! (He uses vegan mayo, sriracha, a few drops of sesame oil, shredded carrot, and anything else on hand that might work well.)
