Pink-red lamb's quarters from Mexico grown as a leafy vegetable. Seeds edible too, like quinoa. The seeds come from our friend, the legendary seedsman Frank Morton, of Wild Garden Seeds. This is apparently one of his favs. Very easy to grow.
