Peking Ta Ching Kou Pai Tsai' is a pretty, easy-to-grow, purple-tinged "Chinese broccoli"-type green from Beijing (formerly Peking). It's a very fast-growing vegetable, producing baby greens within 25 days, and reaching full size in about 45 days. It's delicious and versatile in the kitchen, great for stir-fries, steaming, dumplings, kimchi, and more.
