Also called "alubias chicas" in Spanish, these are the classic white beans best-known for their eponymous soup, but useful for a range of dishes. Believed to have originated in Peru. These beans can climb a short way up a trellis, but are traditionally grown as bush beans. Our seed was grown by the great Amirah Mitchell of Sistah Seeds in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
