This sweet pepper is more like a "cone" than a "bell". It is very tasty, and produces very well in Minnesota's relatively short season for peppers. The great Minnesota organic farmer, Greg Reynolds, received this seed 20 years ago. He can't remember where he got it from, but he has been selecting the best plants ever since. Fruits are medium to large-sized, and start yellow and then ripen to red. Can be eaten when it is yellow or red. Meaty flesh makes this pepper great for frying or putting on the grill for summer barbecues. It is an early producer, recommended for short-season areas, but will likely thrive in longer season regions as well.

Dusty forgot to take pictures of this, which really sucks! Trust us, this is a great pepper!

These seeds were grown by Dusty Hinz and Zach Binsfeld in Delano, Minnesota.

GROWING TIPS: Start seeds indoors in March. After danger of frost transplant to garden with 16-18 inches between plants.
