'German White' is a porcelain, hardneck type garlic. Each bulb contains 4-6 large cloves that are easy to peel and pack a robust garlic flavor with a little bit of heat. Stores well into winter and is widely adaptable in its growing range.

This seed garlic was grown by our friends at Driftless Seed Supply outside of Viroqua, Wisconsin.

We recommend planting garlic between September and late November in most of the US.
