An equal mix of all of the beets and chards offered by our friends at Wild Garden Seeds in Philomath, Oregon, for instant Beta leaf diversity (includes Golden Chard, Rhubarb Chard, Pink Passion Chard, and Touchstone Gold Beet). Great color splash of young salad leaves. The addition of MacGregor's and a Red X Gold chard mix makes this a better blend of Beta. Great place to start if you're interested in breeding your own chard or beets!
Nate loves to make a tuna-chard salad, with or without the tuna! (He uses vegan mayo, sriracha, a few drops of sesame oil, shredded carrot, and anything else on hand that might work well.)
