This heirloom Syrian variety produces loads of slender small-medium-sized black eggplants that are tender and delicious. The exact origin within Syria is unknown to us, but we were given the seeds as a gift from Syrian refugees in gratitude for Syrian seeds we got from the USDA, grew out, and shared with them.
