'Dunphy' is an old family heirloom rhubarb that comes to us from Aaron Parker of Edgewood Nursery in Maine. He reports that this variety has been in his partner's family for many generations. It has a pale red stem fading to green toward the leaf. Great rhubarb flavor, productive, and cold-hardy (at least to Zone 4). Seeds will display some diversity, so if you get any cool new forms you are free to slap a new name on that clone and start giving away divisions with the new name on it!
