A Kevin Bane original our of Cooley Springs, South Carolina: "These came from a very unexpected cross that I would have thought would have produced something far different. 'MA Wartryx' x 'UK Mustard Scorpion'. Out of six plants, all were perfectly uniform and these came out of a chocolate pod that was produced by that cross. Absolutely delicious, with a very fruity flavor, yet intense heat. These are no joke. This would make a wonderful hot sauce or a great chili powder. Super productive."

IMPORTANT NOTE: Kevin is an experimental pepper grower and typically grows most his peppers in the same field with little isolation distance. This allows the possibility for a small percentage of his seed (2-3%) of any given "cultivar" or "breeding population" to be crossed up. We are comfortable with this possibility. Mostly the cultivars are very stable. And also, given EFN's propensity for selling experimental grexes and genetically diverse populations, we don't expect this will deter most of our customers!
