Aji Dulce Orange' is a delicious low-heat "seasoning" pepper from the Caribbean (most likely Puerto Rico, but this specific strain's origins are cloudy). The fruit are about around 20% as hot as a jalapeño. This productive and easy-to-grow variety comes to us from longtime EFN grower Kevin Bane, of Philadelphia, Tennessee, and is part of his effort to find milder hot peppers with great flavor, making them more accessible to more people.
GROWING TIPS: Start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost date, then plant out once frost danger is long past and soil begins to warm up.
