'Earl Grey' larkspur astounds with spectacular whorls of dusky purple petals on plants growing 3 to 4 feet tall. Excellent as a cut flower either fresh and dried. Larkspur is very cold tolerant and may sometimes overwinter in warmer areas, though its considered an annual. It benefit from cold stratification, so sow in fall for best results. Hummingbirds are attracted to the flowers.
Our seed was grown by our friend Jennifer Williams of Wild Dreams Farm on Vashon Island, Washington state.
WARNING: THIS PLANT IS TOXIC (ESPECIALLY THE SEEDS). DO NOT CONSUME.
