'Delight' is a recent release from British seed company CN Seeds, imported by High Mowing Seed Company in Vermont. The main plant-breeding innovation in Delight is bolt-resistance, so the lacy blue-green fronds yield well throughout the season. It has an upright growth habit and good vigor. This is a mild-flavored variety, making it especially suited for fresh applications, but the leaves can also be dried for future use, holding their flavor. The more strongly-flavored flowers and seeds are quintessential pickle seasoning.

GROWING TIPS: Direct seed around last frost, or start seeds indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost and then transplant to garden. For use as a dry herb, harvest before flower form.
