Classic, smooth, white parsnip variety noted for its delicious flavor. Tapered roots to 12 inches. Great roasted, fried, in soups, or parsnip bread. Can even be the base for parsnip jam or wine!
GROWING TIPS: Can be slow to germinate and take 2-3 weeks. Ideal soil temp is 50 to 70 degrees. Sow one or two seeds every inch, thin plants to 3-4 inches apart in rows 12-24 inches apart.
