We're excited to be offering this beautiful golden-yellow Italian roasting pepper developed by Frank Morton and Wild Garden Seeds (our source) as part of a de-hybridization project. Here's what they have to say about it: "This was the total surprise. We did not expect the bright red hybrid parent of our pepper project to generate beautiful golden versions of the Italian. Large plants with long wrinkled tapered fruits and few seeds. Remains gold even at full maturity. Matures 102 days post-transplant at OSU in Corvallis, Oregon."
