'Santo' is a very bolt-resistant cilantro with good flavor and excellent upright growth habit making it great for harvesting by the bunch. It's also fast-growing and a good cut-and-come-again variety. Seeds can be dried and used as a spice (called "coriander", with a flavor very distinct from the flavor of the leaves — many people who can't tolerate the flavor of the leaves love the flavor of the seeds). Bred by the Alf Christianson Seed Company. We sourced these seeds from High Mowing Seed Company in Vermont.
