A lovely Italian flat-leaf-type parsley. Grown in Maine by our friend Aaron Parker of Edgewood Nursery, who overwinters it outdoors, so you know it's got good cold hardiness!
What more is there to say about parlsey? Sure, most people just treat it like a garnish, but never forget that parsley is a super-healthy, nutrient-rich powerhouse. It's not just an herb, it's legitimately a vegetable — and one we should all be eating a whole lot more of. (EFN co-founder Nate Kleinman has been known to take a bunch of parsley on roadtrips as a snack. He highly recommends it.)
