Great color splash of young salad leaves. The addition of MacGregor's and a Red X Gold chard mix makes this a better blend of Beta. Nate loves to make a tuna-chard salad, with or without the tuna! (He uses vegan mayo, sriracha, a few drops of sesame oil, shredded carrot, and anything else on hand that might work well.)
