A hardy Brassica forage crop, suitable for cows, sheep, deer (and humans). Can be used as a cover crop, or part of a cover mix. Grows up to 2’ tall, cross between a turnip and kale with a deep taproot helping drought resistance. 3-4 grazings per season.
