A taller Baptisia with smokey green foliage of interest to contrast with other early spring greens in the garden. Shrubby like all the Wild Indigos, it will fill in form and stature over time. Drought resistant, with a hardy taproot once established. Bumblebees love this one, and a host of caterpillars feed on its foliage. Another great early summer bloomer for the native plant landscape.
4'hx3'w. Medium to Dry Soil. Full-Part Sun. White bloom June, July.
