Cilantro is an essential ingredient in Mexican, Indian and other cuisines. It is very easy to grow, but since cilantro will bolt to seed quickly in hot weather, we recommend planting every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply of tender leaves. Pollinators love cilantro flowers, and its seeds are the spice known as "coriander" (which is also sometimes used to describe the leaves). Our seed was produced by our friends Meredith Kahn and Eric Kampe of Ann Arbor Seed Company in Michigan.
