A bright blue cool weather annual that readily reseeds itself. Great for mass plantings and annual wildflower seeding. Also called Bachelor’s Buttons, Blue Bottle, and sometimes just by the botanical Centaurea. Traditionally used in Europe as a bitter tonic.
